What happens in the story
Bently the goat is the forest’s doctor. A rockslide has blocked the mountain path, and his clinic is on the other side. Sick animals are waiting for their medicine, and Old Turtle, who has a bad cough, needs his by sunset.
The first tries don’t work. The rocks are too big for Kitty’s wind, and there are too many for Dino’s vines. So Kitty opens a small hole through the pile with her earth magic, and Dino grows vine arches to make it wide and safe. Then there’s a new problem. The rockslide has mixed up the medicine jars, and some need to stay cold while others need to stay hot.
Dino’s glow sorts them, blue for cold and red for hot. Kitty makes a little water path through the tunnel, Dino grows giant leaves for boats, and Bently guides the jars across. Old Turtle gets his medicine just in time.
